Wilmywood Country Classic Presents the Nashville All-Star Concert at Historic Thalian Hall

Thalian Hall is one of the oldest theatres in the United States and has been in almost continuous use since its opening in 1858. ast year there were over 250 shows, events, and films for a total of 495 performances. These programs attracted audiences totaling more than 85,000 people. The events ranged from music to ballet and theatre, from pop, jazz, folk and country music to the finest in domestic, independent, and foreign films. The Thalian Hall complex is the site of recitals, awards ceremonies, film festivals, lectures, and charity events and is home to a large number of theatre and performing companies including Opera House Theatre, Thalian Association, Cape Fear Theatre Arts, and Willis Richardson Players.

The catchy summertime jam, written by Big Vinny, Butter, Brandon Ray Tant and Skidd Mills, hit radio on April 11, 2016. Their song, “Better With A Beer,” was featured on Average Joes’ wildly popular Mud Digger 6 series. The duo’s debut album for the label is scheduled for release later this year. Butter and Bigg Vinny sing songs about life, having a good time and remembering to make each moment matter. They bring the high energy and fun with their songs that make you sing along and laugh.
Country band Radio Romance brings a youthful, party-loving energy to the Nashville scene with upbeat, harmonic, and hook-friendly songs.The Band were winners of the 2017 NASHNext competition, scored a top 50 billboard slot with their single “Weekend,” and had the #1 video for 5 weeks in a row on the CMT 12 Pack Countdown with their single "Like The Moon." Their current single "Fix" is now available for streaming everywhere.
With seven Detroit Music Awards and 46 nominations, including the 2019 award for Outstanding Country Artist/Group, Julianne Ankley has been writing heartfelt songs and delivering electric performances, both solo and with her top notch band The Rogues, for years. She’s a musical and visual artist, celebrity host, and she has performed her songs for America’s Thanksgiving Day Parade Special, the Woodward Dream Cruise Special. She’s released 3 albums and 4 singles and will release new music in 2020.
Life in North Carolina and passion for music, culture, and art led Randy to be a roots musician and songwriter. Traveling solo or with his band (RootSoul Project) around the Southeast region if the U.S. since age of sixteen, he has gained chops, experience, and notoriety. He has an aggressive, soulful, and sultry voice that lures the listener into original, heartfelt lyrics. His acoustic style is derived from claw-hammer and Travis picking styles with added percussion. Like an original troubadour, he harnesses the harmonica around his neck. Adding fast and sweeping single-note lines over rhythm guitar, he creates a full band sound. His concept is to push the boundaries of coordination, playing all the parts with no compromise.

Priscilla Block is a country artist based out of Nashville, TN. Hailing from North Carolina, Priscilla fuses country pop and southern rock to form the Block Party sound. Block’s songs captivate audiences with their unfiltered, relatable messages and catchy melodies.
Her latest single, “Thick Thighs” has over 30K streams, and counting, on Spotify. As explained in an interview about the new single, “Thick Thighs” was written about being confident in the skin you’re in, without taking yourself too seriously. “I've been told far too many times how I need to look as a female trying to make it in country music, and this is my response.”
A seasoned performer, Priscilla evokes a response from every crowd. After playing the Whiskey Jam (“the best original music party in Nashville”), the founder, Ward Gunther, invited her back to play a second time, and Whiskey Jam shared: “What a sweet soul. Priscilla Block, you are awesome and I love how much fun you stir up in the room.”
